I'm back

Hey guys. Long time no see! I felt called to blog again, so let's jump right into things...

One of my top priorities entering 2020 was to read 200 self-development books, using a website that tracks the progress called https://www.goodreads.com. After about the twentieth book, I realized there was a concept that many of the authors kept mentioning, referred to as the Law of Attraction. Simply put, the Law of Attraction is the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on. Essentially the energy that you put out, is the energy manifested back into your reality.

  • Your beliefs shape your thoughts
  • your thoughts shape your words
  • your words shape your actions
  • your actions shape your reality.

A few ways to raise your vibration are by consuming healthy foods, listening to Hertz frequencies, getting sunshine, moving your body, listening to affirmations, essential oils, tapping, etc.

On my quest to attract more happiness and abundance, I stumbled upon Abraham Hicks. Her videos are super inspiring and continue to help shift my perception on life and to trust the process.

I now wake up early and established a healthy sleep pattern, began praying and meditating every morning, started reading the New Testament and stopped watching porn to harness that sexual energy and convert it into creative energy.

Lastly, the most recent massive shift in my life was a nudge from the Universe to transition away from drawing and begin painting again, using a technique that makes the canvas look like its marbleized. I played with epoxy resin for the first time today and can't wait to share this new work/energy with you in the next post. I feel like life is aligning at a rapid pace and I'm so grateful to be here.

I don't know what the rest of this year has in store for me, but my intuition tells me it's going to be magical.

With love,

Jeremy.
