The first thing I remember once conscious of this dream, was that I was standing in a crystal clear body of water. The water was light blue and I could see right through it, although I didn't see any fish or animals swimming in it. The water level came up to my shins, making it shallow enough that I was easily able to walk around in it. I felt weightless. The oasis stretched for as far as I could see in all directions.
I looked up into the sky and saw waterfalls, which were floating in mid-air.
The sky was completely blue and the sun was beaming down onto the water, which made everything look like it was glistening and sparkling. The colors were brilliant and saturated. My senses were so alert. I felt the sun and warm water on my skin and the sounds of the water trickling down from the waterfalls.
I felt such peace. So much magic.
and the water clung to your clothes, which made the cute boy walking on the beach stop for a second glance. slowly he walked over to you and spoke. "are you alone?" he whispered. you nodded yes. and then...

...and then what???
DeleteI love vivid dreams like that. Most nights, though, I have vivid dreams but forget most details by the time I try to recall them. You'll find someone.
ReplyDeleteI'd love to chat too. So much has happened and I could use a friend (even if just electronically). Haha. Take care.
Vivid dreams are so magical. I too forget the majority of my dreams when I awaken but I greatly appreciate the few times all the details remain in tact and you feel like your soul took an incredible journey to some beautiful world.
DeleteSounds good! I know you forwarded me your number a few times, I'll send you a text tomorrow and you can fill me in on life
I have very vivid dreams, but seldom remember them for more than a few seconds after waking. What is truly odd is that I sleep poorly and wake several times a night - remembering the dream I was in. When I fall back asleep, I pick up the same dream, right where it left off!

Yes! I read a lot of people will fall right back into the same dream they were just in if they fall right back asleep. I used to get frequent nightmares growing up and I learned if you don't want to fall back into the same dream, you should get up out of bed and stay away for about 15 minutes or so.
DeleteThe worst is when you're having an awesome exotic dream and you suddenly wake up and desperately try to fall back asleep into it but it NEVER works lol
*stay awake
DeleteI honestly can't remember my dreams, at least I can't remember them as well as you just did in your post.
ReplyDeleteAlso it sounds like a wonderful dream :)
There are ways to assist in remembering dreams, like listening to specific sleep meditation videos on YouTube before you go to bed. Check em out!
